A Gong Sound Bath provides the opportunity to de-stress into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

Whether you’re a returning participant or joining us for the first time, this experience is a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself and find stillness in the midst of life’s noise.

✨ What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water. Dress comfortably and allow yourself to simply be and let the sound vibrations do the rest.

When attending any of my F2F classes (thank you):
Arrive 10 minutes before your class
As you walk in feel free to use the hand sanitiser which will be provided
Choose your space
Switch your mobile phones off please.
Get settled on your mat and relax
This is a Covid secure class. Please do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms. Your ticket will be credited if that's the case.
No refunds for cancellations made within 48hrs prior to a booked class. We hope you'll understand that, while we have to manage our events, our face to face classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please do your best to attend if you book as we won't be able to give your place to someone else.
