Join us for a deeply nourishing gathering focused on new beginnings, intention and gentle transformation.
We will begin the evening with a sacred cacao ceremony, opening the heart and creating space to slow down and connect within. From here you will be guided through a calming meditation to help release what no longer serves you and welcome fresh energy into your life.
You will then be invited into a New Beginnings ritual, a moment to reflect, set intentions and honour the next chapter you are calling in.
The evening continues with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to fully rest while the mind drifts into a peaceful state between wake and sleep. As you relax, you will be bathed in soothing sound healing to support deep relaxation and energetic balance.
We will close the circle with gentle oracle cards, offering reflection and guidance to carry forward with you.
Expect to leave feeling relaxed, grounded and empowered, with a sense of clarity and renewed energy.
No experience is needed, simply come as you are and allow yourself to be held in a beautiful, supportive space.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, along with anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable during the session.
You may also wish to bring water and a journal if you would like to write down any reflections or intentions during the evening.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle into the space and begin the session feeling relaxed. Doors will open 10 mins before the event.
