Trampoline Class for home educated children

A fun, friendly and energetic trampoline class designed for those who are educated at home.

Our sessions help children develop confidence, coordination, balance and fundamental trampoline skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Sessions are led by our friendly, experienced and qualified coaches at our purpose-built trampoline centre in Sawston.

Gymnasts will:

Learn trampoline skills safely and progressively
Work towards the British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards
Develop balance, coordination and body control
Build confidence and independence
Learn at their own pace
Have lots of fun while staying active!

No previous trampoline or gymnastics experience is needed – our coaches will support each gymnast according to their individual ability and confidence.

Perfect for children who love to bounce, learn new skills and have fun!

istruzioni

Gymnasts should wear comfortable sports clothing that allows them to move freely, such as leggings, shorts, a T-shirt or leotard. Please strictly avoid clothing with hoods, zips, buttons, buckles or other hard attachments. Gymnasts must wear socks!

Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery must be removed before the session.

What to bring:
Please bring a named bottle of water to every session.

Gymnasts will trampoline in socks – no special footwear is required.

Please ensure your child is ready to start promptly at the beginning of their session.
