Come and join us for an evening of sound, song, mantra and high frequency healing music. We will dive deeply together into the healing waters of mantra with Sanskrit with our voices as the gateway in. Accompanied by the heart opening sound of the harmonium, we will journey together to heal, transform and expand.
No experience necessary and beginners welcome. You are also welcome to journey through the evening in the way that nourishes you most- sit, lie, stand, move and sound or simply receive and listen.
