A weekly class for women to remember their wild, intuitive bodies through gentle movement, sound, and the presence of Shakti. A safe, nourishing space for women to let go of body shame, sound their truth, and move beyond what we’ve been told to hold. A space to rage, whisper, weep and awaken. The Untamed Body is where we stop being good and start being real.
