Combining different yoga styles, nutritious food and time for stillness and reflection – our next day retreat will be held again at the gorgeous Manor Farm Studio in Fenny Compton, around a 35 minute drive from Leamington Spa.
You’ll be able to enjoy space and tranquility to soothe your mind and body.
You’ll leave feeling ‘lighter,’ rested and more you as we begin to venture out of a winter slumber.

Timings: arrive 10:00am – the day will close at around 4pm.
This yoga retreat is suitable for women with any levels of yoga experience - even beginners. Any health conditions or injuries should be disclosed at the time of booking.
Some of the yoga practices involve kneeling and sitting on the floor - please contact me if this is an issue for you as there are always options and alternatives for you. Ive even provided chairs for some participants in the past - so it's all doable!
