Join JanJan & I for an evening of sound and community.
We will gather at the Wild Field's barn to enjoy a session of African drumming & gong, followed by a time to share stories, poetry and food.
Our intention is to enjoy an evening of letting go to the sounds and releasing whatever we may need to by the fire.
Please arrive to the venue at least 10 minutes prior so we may begin promptly.
We would greatly appreciate if everyone could arrive on time so as not to disturb opening meditation and the stillness of the sound session.
Please review the attached consent and waiver forms prior to the session. You will be required to sign that you have read and understand upon arrival to the session.
Please bring a mat, any pillows, blankets or other items that may make you comfortable; water bottle. Though we will have a fire, you may get cold so dress in layers!
We also ask everyone to bring a dish to share. Please mark your dish to make people aware of any allergies (try to avoid nuts please as that seems to be a big allergy!). You're welcome to bring desserts, or a heartier dish to share.
Suggested attire: comfortable clothing; consider layers depending on weather.
Avoid consuming alcohol prior to the session.
No refunds for latecomers or non-attendees (within 72 hours notice). If you know you cannot attend, please be considerate of others who may wish to attend.
