Join us for the performance of FEAR, the celebratory finale of a series of free community workshops.
FEAR brings together participants from our communities to create a performance together. The theme is FEAR – the fear of the unknown, the fear of our space or comfort being threatened, and how fear can controls us. Together we will be asking how we can challenge fear through support and trust in one another.
Participants will have joined our Co-Artistic Director Annie Pui Ling Lok, Juan Ayala and Anne-Gaëlle Thiriot over nine workshops in the two (and a bit) weeks leading up to the performance. They will have worked with movement influenced by contemporary dance, theatre-making, Argentine tango, Aikido and Contact Improvisation. For many it could be their first time performing.
This event takes place in the Roof Studio.
Event Schedule
The performance will start at 5pm, and run for approximately 1 hour.
After the performance, we invite you to join us for a party. There will be free food (pizza and snacks!) and a reasonably priced bar.

Tickets
Our tickets are priced on a sliding scale so that you can choose to pay a price that works for you. We want everyone to be able to join us, and no one should be excluded because of financial circumstances.
For this event a limited number of free tickets are available – these are for anyone that feels they need them. Priced tickets are offered at £5, £8 and £12. Our recommended price is £8. If you can pay more than £8, you will be generously supporting others to experience our programme and making our work more possible. Thank you!

Siobhan Davies Studios

Siobhan Davies Studios is mostly accessible to wheelchair users, with lifts to all floors. Our main door is power assisted. There are two accessible parking spaces available on site which can be booked in advance.
Please note that our disabled toilets may not be suitable for all users (the toilets in our disabled toilets are 42cm high) and our changing facilities and showers are not fully accessible. Our closest publicly available and fully accessible changing facility is at The Castle Centre, a leisure centre 0.3 miles away from the studios. You can find full details of their features here.
