I'll use chimes and other instruments during this session to help you breathe and recentre. This is your invitation to be held with sound, to make time and space listen to your heart.
Time at the end to journal, share and oracle cards to direct that intention.
When we enter sacred space together as a collective, we can increase the energetic shifts x10 greater.
