Step into my newly upgraded outdoor garden studio, a truly unique space designed for deep rest, warmth and connection.
The studio now features:
✨ 10 cocoon hammocks gently suspended for full-body relaxation (2 recliners available)
🔥 A cosy log-burning stove bringing grounding warmth and comfort
🧥 Quilted ponchos to help you stay snug
♨️ During the colder months, two hot water bottles per person for extra cosiness
🌲 Surrounded by nature, soft lighting and a calm, nurturing atmosphere
As you settle into your hammock, you’ll be guided into stillness through a carefully created soundscape using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and intuitive voice.
The frequencies gently support the nervous system, helping your body move out of “doing” and into deep rest.
Many people experience: • deep relaxation
• improved sleep
• emotional release
• a sense of peace, safety and lightness
There is nothing you need to do — simply lie back, breathe, and allow the sound to carry you.
Afterwards we will enjoy a cup of yogi tea and a sweet treat together.
⚠️ Important information – please read
Sound baths are generally very gentle, however they may not be suitable for everyone.
Please do not attend if you have: • sound-induced epilepsy
• a pacemaker or fitted electronic medical device
• severe or unmanaged mental health conditions where sound may be overwhelming
If you are pregnant, have PTSD, or are unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please message me before booking — I’m always happy to chat things through.
🚗 Parking & arrival information (adhering to ELC rules)
Parking has now changed. Please read carefully.
Please park either: • in the distillery car park, or
• next to the hedge halfway up the hill, then walk up to the studio. (Last lane on left before the farm house). Respectfully please do not park in front of anyone's house.
The walk takes approximately 5 minutes.
I have three priority parking spaces outside the cottage reserved for those who are unable to manage the walk.
If you require one of these spaces, please let me know in advance so I can allocate it for you.
Please arrive with enough time to park and walk up to the studio, allowing yourself a few minutes to settle before the session begins.
From the distillery carpark (turn right) and you walk up the hill to the last lane on the left (sign posted Sound Bath)
