The 3-day retreat includes:
💫 Luxury ensuite accommodation at Green Craig, Aberlady Bay. Most rooms feature stunning sea views and access to a hot tub.
💫 Fully catered meals by local chef Barbarella Beets. Enjoy healthy, homemade, delicious food, with all drinks included (tea/coffee, herbal tea, and soft and alcohol free fizz!)
💫 Gentle Yoga Flows and Yoga with Sound - all levels welcome & supported.
💫 Healing Sound Baths using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, white gong, handpan, chimes, and voice.
💫 Sleepy Bedtime Sound Bath to prepare you for a beautiful night's sleep.
💫 Group head or foot massage as part of a sound bath.
💫 Group Reiki with sound.
💫 Exploration time to wander the stunning coastline, optional sea dips, and scenic walks.
💫 Connect with fellow retreat-goers.

Quad room (ensuite with sea view): £530
The price includes £150 non refundable deposit.

Caideas Retreats - Cancellation Policy
At Caideas Retreats, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the retreat experience remains sustainable for all involved.
Cancellation Terms
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date – No refunds will be issued.
• Deposit Refunds – Your deposit is non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
Additional Notes
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person or another date. Please notify us as soon as possible if you choose to do so.
• If we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist, we may consider offering a partial refund at our discretion.
• In the rare event that Caideas Retreats must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future retreat.
By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
