Suzy Nairn of Soundsphere Scotland, Jan Love from The School of Light and Laura Martin from LauraMartinCoaching are joining in a magical collaboration to offer this wild camping retreat at the Nameless Dean, near Galashiels.
In this immersive event, you will nourish your wellbeing, connecting with nature and each other. Carefully designed to support you to alchemise any outdated beliefs or patterns that are holding you back, we will take you on a journey to step into your full potential.
The weekend will include sound healing, meditation/visualisations, transformational coaching, voice work, dancing, crafting, a nutritious meal each day and much more. There will also be time just to be, spaciousness to connect with the land and the magic of the Nameless Dean.

On site: tents/camper van are welcome (there are toilets).

We will provide dinner on the Friday and Saturday evenings
Attendees need to provide their own food for breakfast and lunch, and we will tea/coffee/hot water and snacks

This is a non-refundable event. If you are unable to attend you are welcome to pass your space to another gorgeous woman, just let us know.
Guest will need to provide:
Accommodation - tent, campervan, or airbnb etc.
Camping chair for sitting around the fire, cosy blanket, hat maybe for colder Scottish evenings
Food for breakfast and lunch
Bring a mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle for meditation and sound sessions
A journal and pen
Any snacks you need

Saturday Alchemy, join us from 10am on Saturday, includes camping (optional)
Come along for Saturday and stay Friday nigh till Sunday morning if you like, or until the end of the evening on Saturday. We have a full programme for Saturday day, plus some beautiful practices for the Friday evening. As we are trialing this retreat we’re offering this as special informal gathering which will also include a programme through Saturday, dancing and fire on the evenings and communal meal prep.
