Squiggles & Giggles are so excited about bringing the magic of Children's Storybook Yoga to the amazing Yoga Quarter Studio in the heart of Ballyhackamore, East Belfast.
Come and join me for an immersive, engaging and inclusive children's storybook yoga session.
Suitable for 4 - 9 years old, we'll explore different stories through movement, breathwork and yoga (and a little bit of crafting too!)
Mini yoga mats will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred. Please wear something comfortable to move about in.
