Writing 245D Outcomes | AM Session
Join us for our morning workshop on writing person-centered, 245D outcomes for people supported through intensive support services! This session will cover important aspects to developing person-centered outcomes focusing on what "person-centered" really means when talking about outcomes.
Course topics:
You will have time to brainstorm and develop an outcome right beside an experienced instructor. Come ready to dive in and practice what you are learning all in the same session. Please bring a laptop (or other electronic device), the electronic template of the outcome form your company uses, and information about a person supported (along with what is important to them and what they want). If you do not have the opportunity to bring an electronic device or information about a person supported, there will be samples available to work from.
245D Progress Reports and Meetings | PM Session
Our afternoon 245D Progress Reports and Meetings Workshop will help you ensure how your organization can turn potentially technical, dreary, and stifled progress reports/meetings into reports/meetings that celebrate the person!
Topics:
We will challenge our thinking of "that's the way we've always done it" and instead develop a "why not?" method of meeting requirements while being person-centered!
Please bring your laptop (or other electronic device) and an electronic template of the progress report your company uses. Also, plan to bring information about a person to use in developing a progress report and to plan their meeting. You do not have the opportunity to bring an electronic device or information about a person supported, there will be samples available to work from.
This workshop can be taken together with the Writing 245D Outcomes workshop or by itself!
Audience: Designated Coordinators, Designated Managers, and other personnel responsible for compliance and development of addendum documents.
Registration is available for the Full Day or AM/PM session only. Save $90 and lunch is included when you register for the full day workshop.
