About This Course
This is a professional training programme that qualifies you as a Certified STILL Method Anxiety Coach.
You'll learn how to support anxious children, teenagers and adults using a structured, trauma-informed approach based on the five pillars of the STILL Method: STOP, TALK, IMAGINE, LISTEN and LEARN. The course frames anxiety as an overtrained nervous system rather than a disorder, and teaches you to work with that system rather than against it.
The course covers the nervous system underneath anxiety, regulation and co-regulation, the five-step method in practice with different ages, working with parents and schools, and the skills to run confident 1:1 and group sessions. It's designed to give you a complete coaching framework, with practical tools you can use from your first client onwards, and resources to grow your practice. No prior coaching experience is required.
Training is delivered live on Zoom and includes full access to recordings, session templates, workbooks, a practitioner licence, and membership of the STILL coach community.
This course is accredited by IPHM and ACCPH.
Training takes place via zoom.
