What is Postnatal Yoga?
The word yoga means ‘Union’ and Postnatal yoga is a gentle re-union back to your body and a movement practice following a birth, once you have been signed off to exercise again by your doctor.
Postnatal yoga is about taking a non-judgemental approach to where and how you meet your own body following any kind of birth.
