We begin by settling the breath and calming the nervous system, before moving into a flowing vinyasa-based sequence.
We'll move with intention, inviting strength and encouraging flexibility, before easing into gentle stretches and welcoming stillness.
You’ll leave feeling nourished, relaxed and hopefully, a little bit more restored in your body, and quieter in your mind.
This class is best suited to those with a foundational understanding of yoga and a regular practice. It is not suitable during pregnancy. Classes are intentionally kept small to create a calm, supportive environment. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in, and remember to bring your own mat.
