Join me for a nourishing 2-hour yoga workshop designed to help you transition into spring.
This small-group workshop (maximum 7 people) is an invitation to soften after winter, reconnect with natural support in the body, and allow movement and energy to rise without force. The practice is embodied, slow and grounded.
Alongside gentle movement, there will be a short, private reflection element. You will not be asked to share – this is simply time to listen inward and notice what is beginning to emerge for you.

This workshop is ideal if you’re looking for a slower practice and would benefit from space to reconnect with yourself as spring approaches.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and rest easily.
You may also like to bring warm layers and cosy socks, particularly for resting.
Yoga mats and basic props will be available, but you are very welcome to bring:
No previous yoga experience is required. The practice will be gentle, accessible, and responsive, with options offered throughout.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle before we begin. The workshop will start promptly.
