Are you looking to embark on a rewarding journey towards improved physical health and well-being? Our 6-week foundations Pilates course offers the perfect starting point for you.

Pilates is a holistic approach to enhancing your physical health, offering benefits that extend far beyond the physical realm. It can work wonders for your posture, muscle tone, balance, and joint mobility while also providing a sanctuary to alleviate stress and tension.

Each session begins with gentle stretches in a standing position, designed to warm and prepare your body. As we progress, you'll transition through a series of exercises, lying on your back, side, and front and then moving onto your hands and knees before sitting. We conclude with a rejuvenating standing stretch, leaving you refreshed and ready to embrace the rest of your day.

To enhance your practice, we provide various equipment, including resistance bands and over balls, all courtesy of our studio.

Our dedicated teacher is here to support you every step of the way, offering guidance, assistance, and alternative exercises should you ever feel uncomfortable or have specific concerns. Your well-being is our top priority, so please don't hesitate to contact the teacher with any questions or concerns. We look forward to embarking on this Pilates journey with you!

Please bring your own mat if you have one, and a medium-sized towel for head-support.

Latecomers

We have a strict latecomers policy. Latecomers will not be admitted any later than 5 minutes after the commencement of the session. Past this point, it will be disruptive for you to enter the room, and since you will not have warmed up properly, heading into class this late may also be damaging for your body. We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes early so the class and your day can run on time.

Cancellations

Cancellations for 6 week course tickets within 72 hours of the course starting will not be refunded.

Cancellations outside of 72 hours of the course start will be refunded upon request, otherwise, the passes can be transferred to another course (or a later cohort of the cancelled course).

Cancellations for drop-ins within 24 hours of the course starting will not be refunded.

There is no refund offered for missed sessions within the course.

If we are required to cancel a class due to teacher illness, we will offer a make-up session the week following the last session of the course.

The teacher may choose to cancel a course if a low number of people sign up. Please book in as early as you can to stop this from happening! Your ticket will automatically be returned to your Bookwhen account in this incidence. You can request a refund if you want one, otherwise, the ticket can be transferred to another course (or a later cohort of the cancelled course).
