This pilot class (on the schedule for the month of June) has been added to the schedule to ascertain whether there is interest in a pole fitness class taking place at the weekend, in Sandy. Please note it’s a very small class with a maximum of FOUR spaces available. It’s taught by Angie.
1) students who have attended The White Studio classes before but have taken a break in the last two or three years, and want to come back to the discipline.
2) those who are not beginners but wish to go back to basics for a variety of reasons, to improve technique, to strengthen the weaker side, to remind themselves of moves and tricks they haven't done in years.
3) complete beginners who want to practise pole fitness without committing to a course.

Please wear sports shorts and a sports vest, as you need skin contact to ensure a good grip with the pole. Bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer, sanitiser. Sanitiser is also provided at the studio. A cloth to clean the pole is also desirable, although there are available cloths at the studio, as well as disinfectant/alcohol to clean the poles.

Refunds or transfer to another class are possible if changes are made at least 48h before the class starts. Please note that any refunds given for ANY reason, incur a 5% transaction cancellation fee, regardless of notice period.
