Two hours to move, breathe, switch off & reset.
📅 Friday 16th October
⏰ 7:30–9:30pm
📍 The Dr Jenni Clinic, Blisworth Hill Farm
You're invited to join us in a beautiful new space for our wellbeing evenings… and honestly, it is STUNNING. 🤍
For two hours, you can switch off from everything outside the room and simply be.
We'll begin by settling into the space together with ceremonial cacao, before moving through a gentle, nourishing yoga practice.
From there, we'll slow things right down, getting completely comfortable for a long, deeply relaxing sound healing experience.
✨ Ceremonial cacao
✨ Gentle yoga & movement
✨ Deeply relaxing sound healing
✨ Time to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself
No experience is needed and you absolutely don't need to be "good at yoga". Come exactly as you are.
This isn't about doing more.
It's two hours where you don't need to do anything for anyone else.
Move. Breathe. Switch off. Reset.
I can't wait to welcome you into this beautiful new space. 🤍
