Join Mia for a restorative afternoon designed to soothe your nervous system. We'll use our senses to ground ourselves, connect with the landscape, and simply enjoy the beauty of the natural world. Slowing down like this will ease everyday stress, lift your spirits, and help you feel refreshed. What’s more, you’ll leave the session with practical, nature-based skills to reclaim calm, spark creativity, and build resilience in your daily life.

Accommodation is not included with your workshop ticket, though this can be arranged directly with Plas y Brenin (https://pyb.co.uk/accommodation/), or there's a variety of other options locally - just remember that the festival is at Plas y Brenin in Capel Curig, LL24 0ET, so somewhere close to there would be ideal.
