Embrace a magical experience of honouring and learning about this month's flower full moon with yoga and meditation high up in the trees!
Whilst you move through your practice you will listen to the birds, Feel the gentle breeze on your skin and watch the sky change as the sun sets and eventually bask in the brilliant full moonlight for the meditation.The class is outdoors on a raised wooden platform in the woods where you are fully immersed in nature allowing you let go and be free.
There is a woodland walk up to the venue, I will guide you through a grounding Luna Cycle Yoga practice as we listen to the sun setting and the moon rising. Followed by a Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) Ending with a Gratitude Circle with warm drinks and Vegan Gluten Free Snacks before we journey back down to reality.
The Sun set is at 8.48pm and the moon rise is at 6.50pm so we should get to look at the moon rising as the majestic sun sets if it's a clear night.
Please bring your own yoga Mat, Water and a Blanket or Sleeping Bag.
Wear sensible shoes as there is a walk with a steep and rugged incline through fields and woods to the treetop platform.
This is an outdoor event.
Please wear layers and if the forecast is showers bring a rain coat and umbrella.
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to terrible weather you will receive a full refund if needed.
