Visit TSSC and "TRY OUT SAILING" DAY '26"

Sailing events are always subject to weather conditions....Too much or Too little wind or inclement weather will determine if water activities can take place.

You should come prepared to get feet wet! Suitable boating clothing, ideally a wetsuit is preferred (we have a limited supply of loan wetsuits available), wet boots or water shoes/trainers that will get wet, a warm top, even in sunny weather out on the water can be chilly.

Changing facilities are available on site, a buoyancy aid will be provided, you should arrive approx. 30 minutes ahead of your timed sailing slot, to allow time for a safety briefing and kitting up.

Take the opportunity to see our clubhouse and facilities with a tour of the club.

Our small Galley offers hot/cold drinks and snacks that can be purchased throughout the day.

A special try out sailing day discount will be offered to any visitor wishing to sign up and join the club on the day....from as little as £42.50 for junior members with family memberships covering 2 adults and up to 5 U18's from £125.00 for the 2026 season.

Attached to your confirmation e mail, will be a Booking Consent form. Please complete and e mail to the address marked, prior to 11th April. (We are required to record this data for our health and safety assessment, but data will be destroyed after the event in line with GDPR).
We cannot offer a trial sail unless a consent form has been completed.
