Candlelit self love soundbath & gentle yoga

Join myself and Emma from The white chakra, for a blissful evening of herbal tea, gentle yoga and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls.
All lit by soft candlelight 🕯️

February is the month of love and valentines…. well, we think there’s no better thing than to give yourself a little time out, de-stress and relax whilst you experience an evening to remember!
Allow yourself to be completely transported on your own journey, but of course you could also bring your Valentine, your bestie, your mum, sister or whoever you’d like to, for our very special event, or keep it just for yourself.

We will be treating you all to a little self-care gift bag too!

Our yoga class will be a gentle full body stretch to welcome space and help the body get rid of any tension or tightness. It is suitable for all abilities.

Followed by a crystal singing bowls sound bath which will deeply relax you, allowing you really rest and restore.

Please ensure that you have no relevant medical conditions; any sound induced epilepsy, pregnancy or mental health diagnosis other than anxiety and depression. This is your ensure we look after you well.
