Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for our fencing session for the Inclusion Hub! This session will be delivered in Foxburrows Barn, Hainault Forest.
The Change Foundation is an award-winning U.K. charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. Our Fencing 4 Change programme supports young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using fencing to improve motor and social skills within SEND schools.
The Change Foundation coaches will deliver an introduction to fencing at the Vision Inclusion Hub using plastic foils to teach the basics of fencing, then give participants an opportunity to have a go!
This Hub offers individuals living with disabilities, including learning disabilities, learning difficulties, or experiencing mental health challenges, a space to foster community and engage in a fencing session! See you there!

DISCLAIMER: Carer tickets are free but MUST book tickets. Service user tickets will be charged at a low cost rate. Group tickets of up to 15 will be allowed. If carer tickets become fully booked or you need more tickets in your group booking, please contact us on our email and we will try to accommodate you subject to capacity.
We suggest participants to wear long sleeve t-shirts if possible. Just wear clothes you feel comfortable to be active in.
