Your comfort is key for this event! While we supply yoga mats, you may find it useful to bring a thick blanket, warm socks, a wee pillow for under your knees and something small for under your head. *These are advised but not necessary although we are on the floor for a couple of hours.
There will be a section of time allocated after the sound journey has finished to share our experiences over a cup of herbal tea, so feel free to bring your own mug.
There is also an option to change the Indian Head Massage to Reiki if that’s preferred *just let me know
