Float, stretch, and unwind in this special Aerial Yoga Hammock Workshop designed to help you feel strong, relaxed, and completely re-energised.

Using soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling, you’ll explore a blend of yoga-inspired movement, supported stretches, gentle inversions, and relaxation techniques that leave you feeling both grounded and uplifted. Finishing off with a guided meditation to aid confidence and self belief.

Beginner-friendly hammock yoga flows

Deep stretches and gentle support for your body

Opportunities to try fun inversions (optional!)

Relaxation and mindfulness while cocooned in the hammock

This workshop is perfect if you’re looking for something a little different to support your fitness, flexibility, and wellbeing. No previous experience is needed—just come with an open mind and be ready to relax, stretch, and maybe even giggle a little along the way!

We have 12 hammocks and you will have a hammock to yourself for this session.
