This will be the ULTIMATE sound bath experience which will take you on a deep meditative journey with musical instruments such as bowls, chimes, the human voice and so much more that will just sooooothe your soul. I will be joined by the very talented musician, NoNaime who will help me take it to another level.
The vibrations of sound work on a cellular level to recalibrate your mind, body, and spirit. You will release tension, feel balanced, connected and so relaxed that you will very likely drift off into dreamland ☁️✨

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before event is due to start to get settled and cosy.
What you will need —
-Mat to lie on (there will be plenty available in the studio as well)
-Blanket and pillow for comfort
-Eye mask (optional)
-Bottle of water

-If you require a chair during the session
-If you are currently experiencing any health conditions that may affect your experience, to include epilepsy
-Or early stages of pregnancy, as it’s not advisable to attend a sound bath session until you have passed the first trimester
