Slow down, switch off and give yourself some space to breathe.
Calm & Unwind is a gentle yoga class designed to help you release tension, quieten a busy mind and reconnect with your body.
We’ll move slowly through gentle, mindful movements, taking time to stretch, breathe and ease out some of the tension we naturally collect through everyday life. There’s no rushing, no pressure to keep up and absolutely no need to be flexible or experienced with yoga.
Suitable for all abilities, everything can be adapted to work with your body and how you’re feeling that day.
We’ll finish by slowing things right down, giving your body and mind the chance to properly relax and reset.
Perfect if life feels busy, your body feels a little stiff or you simply need some time where nobody needs anything from you.
Come as you are. Move a little, breathe a little deeper and leave feeling calmer, lighter and more like yourself.
Please wear comfortable clothing, we provide everything so don’t worry about a mat or any other equipment
