Step into Rise & Reset – Immersive Yoga in Motherwell Library’s Immersive Room and give yourself time to move, breathe, and reset for the weekend ahead.
This is a gentle, accessible morning flow designed to wake up the body, settle the mind, and help you feel more like yourself again.
You’ll move through slow, seasonal-inspired sequences while surrounded by calming immersive visuals—waterfalls, northern lights, open skies.
Nothing to push. Nothing to perform. No perfection. Just space to arrive as you.
We finish with Scented Savasana—a guided relaxation supported by calming aromatherapy to help you fully unwind, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

What to bring - please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any props you wish to use.
What to wear - please wear loose, comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely.
Please note - essential oils will be offered for Scented Savasana at the end of class. If you have an allergy to a particular essential oil, please get in touch PRIOR to the class.
Parking - on street parking is available on Avon Street. There are also a few accessible spaces on Hamilton Road outside the library. Parking is also available behind the Mandarin Restaurant, which is accessible via High Road or down a side street beside the restaurant.
The Immersive Room is located on the First Floor of the library, please enter the building and turn left to head upstairs. A lift is available for anyone who requires it.
