For those early sun risers, join me at the awesome Morning Kendal on the mezzanine for a 45 minute full body wake up yoga flow. Come for the yoga and stay for the coffee, THE best in town! A chance to move and chat with friends.
Small intermate group - only 7 spaces available.
Tickets include your yoga session and great vibes, coffee to be purchased on the morning.
Class starts at 7:30am, please try to arrive 5 mins before to get settled.
All mats and props will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear clothing that is easy to move in and that enables me to see how your body is moving.
It would be advisable not to eat in the hour prior to class.
Classes are non-refundable. If you can not attend a session for any reason please do let me know.
