There will be 3 classes over the weekend:
Saturday morning class: 10am - 12.30pm
Saturday afternoon class: 4pm - 6.30pm
Sunday morning class: 10am - 12.30pm
Each class is £45.
Sky's unique, nourishing style, combines heart-based yoga, qi gong, mantra and pranayama. The classes will be calming, grounding, uplifting and deeply relaxing.
Sky has an innate ability to tune into what his students require and respond to it intuitively. "That was just what I needed!" is a remark I've often heard - and felt - after a Sky session.

These classes will be at the Winterbourne Monkton Community Hall, SN4 9NW (same venue as last May - those who came).

Take the road into Winterbourne Monkton that looks as though it leads to a dead end, over the little bridge and veer around to the right, towards the Church. The Community Hall is just before on the left, with a big space for parking.
