Welcome to our yearly Yoga Journey Retreat Weekend at the most wholesome place, Haye Cornwall.
Running from Thursday 30th April late afternoon until Sunday 3rd May morning, you will experience 3 days of exploration, connection and relaxation.
We will start our day with a morning yoga session, followed by an offering of optional activities. This will include, guided walks around the local area, arts & crafts, meeting the amazing rescue animals that Haye look after or even just taking some time for you to sit and curl up with a book.
We will also be deep diving into restorative and healing rituals including cacao ceremony and restorative yin yoga.
Vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered complimentary. Of course you are able to cook your own meals if you prefer, but we kindly ask only vegan products are used.
More instructions will be offered closer to the time, along with a questionnaire to obtain dietary requirements and physical ailments.

Haye Cornwall is run by the wonderful Phil and Kate. Their dream was to live in the middle of nowhere so they could give a happy retirement to rescued animals, grow food in a permaculture garden, have the space to reclaim and upcycle, and share their love for nature with others. Every visitor will have the opportunity to meet the rescued animals and learn about land regeneration projects.
