Due to a Bank Holiday Monday, we have all decided to host a mixed yoga class within The Barn. It will be the same sequence you have been practicing throughout the month.
Information regarding location of The Barn, will be sent to you the Friday before the event. As this is a residential address, we only share it with those who are attending the event via email. Thank you for your understanding.
Please do bring your own yoga mats and any blocks that you have. If you do not have a mat, please just let me know so I can do my best to arrange a spare one.
Best to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. As well as jumpers and socks for the relaxation.
