A lovely, creative and uplifting Retreat to look forward to in January. We will be creating a screen printed zip bag followed by Mindfulness and Yoga focusing on bringing in light and positivity.
This Retreat will be held at Studio 27 in Boldmere. Come in comfy clothes and bring some water. All materials required for the screen printing and yoga will be provided along with refreshments.
