11.00am Heart Opening Hatha Flow with Christie
12.30pm Lunch Break
2pm Hatha Yoga with Vicki
3pm Gentle Yoga with Jo
4pm Yoga Nidra led by Lissa Berry
4.30pm Break
5pm Kirtan: Call and response chanting and singing
Please bring your own mat and props.
There will be food and drink available to purchase on the day but you would be very welcome to bring your own food and snacks * Please do not bring any alcohol
