Join Christie for a face to face workshop at Lewknor Village Hall.
This session will focus on releasing tension in the Neck, Shoulders and Hips using a warming Flow sequence, followed by longer held restorative poses. There will be a Yoga Nidra (long guided relaxation) with a meditation and breath practice.
Suitable for all levels, beginners through to intermediate.
Please bring your own mat and props if you have your own (blocks, strap and blanket)
