• Each ticket includes entry for one adult. Due to health and safety, extra adults cannot be admitted without prior arrangement.

📋 Rules of Play – PLEASE READ. BY BOOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR T&CS:
• No shoes, food, or drinks are allowed in our role play zones. Socks must be worn.
• You may be seated with another family to help us accommodate everyone.
• Our play spaces are designed for children aged 0–6. Older children may not be able to use all equipment and should be mindful of younger guests.
• Only food and drinks purchased from the Itsy Bitsyccino may be consumed onsite. If your child has allergies, speak to a team member. Food should be eaten at tables only.
• No running, chasing, or rough play is allowed to keep all pups safe.
• Any damage caused intentionally must be paid for by the responsible party.
