• Each ticket includes entry for one adult only. Additional adults may be refused entry due to venue capacity and safety regulations.
• Socks must be worn in play areas. No shoes, food, or drinks are permitted in play/role play matted areas.
• Only food purchased from Itsy Bitsyccino Café may be consumed on-site. Please speak to our team regarding allergies.
• Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No running, chasing, or rough play permitted.
• Any wilful damage to the venue or equipment will be chargeable.

We have some free parking available on our forecourt. When parking on our forecourt please park in the allocated Itsy Bitsyccino bays, with wheels fully on the forecout and not on the pavement.
