✨ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
🎟️ Tickets are non-refundable.
🎅 Each ticket includes entry for one adult and one child only. Due to venue capacity and safety regulations, additional adults may not be able to attend.
🧦 Socks must be worn in all play and role play areas. For hygiene and safety reasons, shoes, food, and drinks are not permitted within the matted play areas.
☕ Only food and drinks purchased from the Itsy Bitsyccino Café may be consumed on-site. Please speak to a member of our team before your visit regarding any allergies or dietary requirements.
👧 Children must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times throughout the experience.
✨ To keep the magic safe and enjoyable for everyone, no running, chasing, or rough play is permitted.
🎄 Any wilful damage caused to the venue, decorations, or equipment may result in charges being applied.

We have some free parking available on our forecourt. When parking on our forecourt please park in the allocated Itsy Bitsyccino bays, with wheels fully on the forecout and not on the pavement.
