Chair Yoga - either seated or using the chair as a prop for more traditional standing postures - is a great way to keep the body mobile.

Please ensure that when registering with Zoom that you use your full name. A virtual waiting room will be in operation and anyone who cannot be identified (eg. the name is just "iPad") will not be allowed into the class.
