Fed up of stiff ankles and achy feet? Hands and wrists feeling generally unhappy?
Grab this one hour workshop that will show you stretches and strengthening exercises for your feet, ankles, wrists and hands.
At the end of the workshop, you'll be amazed at how much better everything's feeling...so amazed that you'll want to do it over and over again... which is lucky, because you get to keep this recording and the written notes and can repeat it any time you like.
Not got much time, just do the first half for feet & ankles; or the second half hour for hands and wrists.
You also get notes to refer to if you prefer reading.
For this workshop, you'll need:
Small towel
Small hand weight
Resistance band & loop
Sturdy elastic band
Golf ball, tennis ball or similar
Pencil with an eraser
Sheet of kitchen roll
