During our 5 week course, you will learn relaxing baby massage strokes that can be used at home to aid with sleep and other common baby ailments such as teething and colic, all while enjoying special bonding time with your baby.
We will have a short unstructured time at the end of the session, with a chance to have a hot drink, treat and connect with other parents. Our sessions are aimed at babies from 4 weeks-pre crawlers.
Included you will receive baby massage oil at the first session so that you can continue on your baby massage journey at home.
Please dress comfortably, and dress baby in clothing thats easy to get on and off for massage. You may wish to also bring a blanket for baby to lye on as we will be using yoga mats.
FREE parking a short walk from the Pavillion-from the parking area was along the side of the tennis court following the footpath. The Pavillion is the black building located next to the play area.
