Pregnancy Circle – A Monthly Gathering for Mamas-to-Be
Join our nurturing Pregnancy Circle, a monthly space created especially for expectant mothers to slow down, connect and begin building their circle of support during pregnancy.
This one & a half hour session is a little pocket of pregnancy bliss — a chance to step away from the busyness of daily life and spend time focusing on you, your body, and your growing baby.
Each month we explore a different birth preparation topic, gently guiding you through elements of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Alongside our discussion, you’ll experience:
~Gentle pregnancy-safe movement
~Guided relaxations to deepen the mind–body connection
~Time to connect and share with other local mamas-to-be
~A supportive, welcoming environment where you can feel heard and held
The circle is run by Jasmine, an antenatal educator and hypnobirthing teacher who is deeply passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Whether this is your first baby or you’ve done this before, this space is here to help you feel calm, confident and connected as you prepare for birth.
Refreshments are included, so you can settle in, relax and enjoy this time for yourself.
Come as you are, take a breath, and begin building your village. ✨
Please come dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement, such as leggings, joggers or anything you feel relaxed in. The movement we do is very gentle and suitable for pregnancy.
The session includes guided relaxation, so you’re very welcome to bring anything that helps you feel extra comfortable, such as:
~Pregnancy pillows
~A favourite cushion
~Extra blankets
~Warm socks
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own comfort items if you prefer.
The circle will be held in the yoga studio, creating a calm, cosy and supportive space where you can fully relax and enjoy the session.
