Yoga for men who wish to develop strength and stability in yoga posture, and explore relaxation and good quality breathing. Dave will incorporate deep breathing with body movement to develop a better all round posture, with a highlight on tight areas such as shoulders and hamstrings.
Please bring your own mat and essential yoga equipment. Read and follow the attached 'Covid Secure' guidance.
