ABUNDANCE - A FREE MIDWINTER 5RHYTHMS DANCE GATHERING
At this midwinter time, we will be leaning into the darkness, to find the golden light within. Join us, to dance together in community, to dance your dance like only you can!
This community event is kindly funded by NTDC and the SICAP team.

No dance experience necessary, open to all adults, genders, sizes, abilities

7pm-8.30pm
St. Kieran's Hall, Cloughjordan
Doors open 6.45pm, and strictly closed at 7.15pm - no entry after this time, to create a safe container in the room.
Dance barefoot, or in indoor shoes - your choice. Bring water to drink and wear layers of clothing as you will get warm and cool down. A mat or warm blanket might be nice for the closing session.

In a 5Rhythms class you will be invited to explore what it is like to follow your own body, your own feet, your own movement, your own instincts.
It is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body.
Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness. Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.
Jenny has been moving with this practice since she found her way into a class in Galway in June 2000 and she trained with the founder, Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Centre in 2007. She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and exploration. She has lived in Cloughjordan for the past nineteen years and is delighted to be offering this community event locally.
Bring a water bottle, wear loose clothing, and we dance bear foot or in specific indoor dance shoes like trainers etc - Doors open at 6.45pm and strictly closed at 7.15pm. No entry after 7.15pm
