In a 5Rhythms class you will be invited to explore what it is like to follow your own body, your own feet, your own movement, your own instincts.
It is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body.
Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness. Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.
Jenny has been moving with this practice since she found her way into a class in Galway in June 2000 and she trained with the founder, Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Centre in 2007. She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and exploration.
Tiered pricing is available so that those of us with more can share, and those of us who could use some support can receive it. When you register at the Supporting or Generosity rate, a portion of your registration fee is applied toward another dancer's reduced-rate spot. If a lower price will make the classes accessible for you, please register at the Supported or Access rate. If you know you want to dance regularly, and these prices are a barrier for you, please email 5rhythms@jennyfahy.com for a possible work exchange or partial scholarship.

Cancellation policy: if you inform me by email 24 hours before the class, ie by 7pm on Thursday that you cannot attend, I will transfer your credit to another class. Any cancellations on the evening of the class means the class fee is forfeited by you. If I cancel at any stage you get a full-refund, or transfer to another class, whichever you prefer.
Bring a water bottle, wear loose clothing, and we dance bear foot or in specific indoor dance shoes - outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the dance studio. Doors open at 6.45pm.
