Jenny has been moving with the 5Rhythms practice, a creative, healing, movement meditation practice since she first stepped into a class in Galway City in June 2000. She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and exploration.

She is also a part-time lecturer in Applied Social Studies in Carlow College, St. Patrick’s, teaching the Creative Studies and Community Mental Health and Wellbeing modules. And she is a trainee creative child-adolescent psychotherapist. She is very experienced working with groups.
