Jenny has been moving with the 5Rhythms practice, a creative, healing, movement meditation practice since she first stepped into a class in Galway City in June 2000. She trained in 2007 with Gabrielle Roth and the Moving Centre faculty in New York. She is an accredited member of the 5Rhythms Teachers Association. She teaches from a place of intuituion and earthiness. She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and personal development exploration.

She is also a part-time lecturer in Applied Social Studies in Carlow College, St. Patrick’s, a Creative Psychotherapist and a Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator. She is also a Parent Coach with PTSB. She is very experienced working with groups of all ages.
