Come and join me for 5 weeks of beautiful, calm bonding time with your baby.
We start each session focusing on massage. Each week is dedicated to a particular area of your baby's body, building up to a full massage in the final week. The massage combine both Indian and Swedish massage traditions, as well as elements from yoga and reflexology.
After the massage thereβs time for your baby to explore and for you to chat. Maintaining the tranquil atmosphere, the babies (who arenβt asleep!) have the opportunity to explore developmentally appropriate toys and resources.
These are carefully selected, high quality and baby safe toys. Most are made from natural resources or they are in calming colours. I love Little Dutch and Pebble Child toys so you will see lots of those, along with black and white play and water mats, baby safe ribbon rings, natural feathers, books etc.
While your baby is busy, you will have the chance to enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit while chatting to the other mums.
This class is for you if:
β¨ You are looking for a calm and laid back class
β¨ You would like to learn how to settle and soothe your baby using massage techniques
β¨ You are keen to learn massage techniques to help bring relief to constipation, trapped wind, teething pains, symptoms of colic and congestion.
β¨ Would like a class where it doesnβt matter if your baby cries, needs feeding or changing. Each class is led by your baby and you will learn how to read and understand their subtle cues. The accompanying video library means you wonβt miss a thing!
β¨ You are looking to meet and chat to other mums in a relaxed setting.
This class probably isn't for you if youβre looking for lots of stimulation for your baby (e.g. bright coloured plastic props, flashing lights etc.)

The course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks until crawling. However, if you would like to join and your baby is younger than 6 weeks at the start of the course please contact me.
